Who we are

Lumo.gold (“Lumo”, “we”) is operated by Kingswell Strategic Ventures. These Terms apply to your use of lumo.gold and its accounts, tools and communications. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

What Lumo is — and isn’t

Lumo is a directory and introduction service. We help people who want to sell or buy precious metals find and contact independent businesses (“dealers”), and we show reference prices and estimates.

Lumo does not buy, sell, hold, ship, test, appraise or value metals or jewelry, does not make or guarantee offers, and is not a party to any transaction. Any agreement is solely between you and the dealer. We do not handle payments.

Prices and estimates

Spot prices are delayed, come from third-party data, and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Melt values and calculators are estimates of metal content only. None of it is an offer, an appraisal, or investment, tax or legal advice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about unauthorized use. One person per member account.

Dealer accounts may be created only by people authorized to act for the business. Dealers are responsible for holding any licenses and following all laws that apply to them, including precious-metals, secondhand-dealer, pawn, consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping rules.

Acceptable use

Don’t post false, misleading or unlawful content; don’t offer stolen or counterfeit items; don’t harass anyone, scrape the site, misuse other people’s contact details, or try to get around our privacy controls. Never send bank, card or government ID numbers through Lumo. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Listings

Some listings were compiled from public sources and are marked as unclaimed. They may be incomplete or out of date. A listing is not an endorsement. Businesses can claim, correct or remove their listing by contacting hello@lumo.gold.

Dealer content

Dealers are responsible for their offers, inventory, prices and messages. By posting content you give us permission to display it on Lumo in connection with your listing.

Fees

Lumo is free for people selling or buying. Founding dealers list free during launch. If we introduce paid dealer plans, we will give advance notice and dealers can choose whether to upgrade.

Disclaimers and liability

Lumo is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for dealers’ or users’ actions, for any transaction, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lumo is limited to $100.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
